  • Cleaner, healthier and higher-performing than existing solutions with verification of product-market fit by Fortune 100 partners.

  • Defensible and differentiated technology.

  • Integrates seamlessly into existing manufacturing processes and supply chains.

  • Able to be produced globally with minimal capex.

  • Cost-competitive with the inputs they are replacing

  • Massive markets with acute pressure on corporates (regulatory, liability, consumer demand) to adopt cleaner solutions.

Our playbook is straight forward

■ Tap into Israel’s world-class talent – chemical, biological, engineering and computational – to identify the most promising teams and practical solutions to these challenges.

■ Conduct rigorous impact diligence to determine the company’s ability to make a game-changing contribution to the specific challenge they are addressing.

■ Perform exhaustive business, financial and legal due diligence, culminating in a comprehensive Investment Memo available to our LPs, to ensure the opportunity is capable of offering top-tier venture returns.

■ Work shoulder to shoulder with our teams throughout the entrepreneurial journey, with hands-on support across fundraising, biz dev, strategy and organizational growth.

■ Provide thoughtful portfolio construction and leverage follow-on opportunities as appropriate to optimize portfolio value for our investors.
